Work and Life balance” is always the thing that crosses my mind whenever I hear of New Zealand. We nurses are the frontliners in the health care system which demands a lot of our time working specially in the clinical settings. For almost a decade of working as a nurse, I realized that I rendered most of my time in the hospital, while I neglect my personal and family life – and I am tired of this. That’s when I started looking for a place that can offer me a better quality of life.
New Zealand offers the best of both worlds – competitive work and salary, and good quality of life for myself and my family. The only question is: How can I start my processing? It was a difficult start without any knowledge and somebody you can trust to guide you. Fortunately, the door of opportunity opened up for us when we met Ms. Rojea – our angel. We learned about Chances for Nurses in Pinoy Nurses in NZ group on Facebook. Our first meeting with her immediately gave us a clear view of the step-by-step process. She was accommodating, vibrant and very flexible with our schedule during our web meetings and interviews. I highly appreciate the times when she reminded me of my meeting/interview with my possible employer (Nurse Manager) which is a crucial factor when you are working overseas. The time difference between KSA and NZ is confusing, and Ms. Rojea – goes out of her way to reminds us ahead of time, which only shows how genuine her intention of helping us in our application.
We started our process only with OET, no CGFNS nor CAP Letter, but she gave us a chance and accommodated us and helped us find an employer. We are very lucky to get a job offer with CAP sponsorship and relocation assistance, reimbursement of registration costs and so much more! Ms. Rojea ensured that the job offer is fair for us, and we can get the best deal!
Thank you to the entire team behind Chances for Nurses, most specially to Ms. Rojea for helping us to achieve our dream. I am excited for the bright future ahead of us, all thanks to you, you are truly a blessing to us!
For those who are in the same situation, but worry about the expenses of the application or having difficulty in finding a job offer, look no further. I strongly recommend Chances for Nurses – they will help you in realizing your NZ dream without any cost on you.
– Fernando M.

We would like to thank Chances for nurses especially Ms. Rojea for all the help and assistance. We flew to NZ together with my husband, my twin sister and her husband, so it was really tough to find a job that can take the four of us. There were some difficulties and challenges initially but through the sincerity and perseverance of their team and Ms. Rojea, everything went well. We cannot thank them enough for the support and the dedication especially kay Ms. Rojea. She would call us even during weekends and after office hours just to check on us. We felt that we were looked after and were in good hands. Now, all of us are working under the same hospital! Maraming salamat po for all the support and guidance from interview stage to having the job offer. :) 💖

She also went above and beyond to ensure the success of my application. I am very thankful for her and her guidance. I will be forever grateful to Ms. Rojea and her team. 💖

I am an OR nurse in Saudi Arabia for 12 years and was referred by a friend to Chances for Nurses. Ms. Rojea has been extremely helpful in assisting me to land a job in New Zealand. Though hindi pa ako naka start ng CAP at still in KSA that time, natulungan nya ako makahanap ng employer. Napakalaking bawas sa stress na kung makakahanap ka ba kaagad ng trabaho after ng CAP. Plus with additional benefits pa (relocation allowance, 4 weeks paid temporary accommodation and car rent, reimbursement of registration and visa fees, pati shipping of household goods from your of origin) na surprisingly unexpected at sobrang laking tulong lalo na at malaking amount talaga ang gastos for requirements, processing and application para maging NZRN. Ms. Rojea is very accommodating kahit minsan super late at night na ang mga queries ko. A big big thanks to Chances for Nurses for being a part of my journey to be a NZRN.
- Angelica M.
Moving to a foreign country, leaving my family behind in pursuit of a better life for us all, was not easy. My VISA conditions didn’t allow a lot of time after my CAP to look for work either. I was worried and needed someone to help me secure employment. Then, I met Ms Crestine who told me about Chances for Nurses.
Everything has now been taken care of. Chances for Nurses secured my employment before I even started my CAP, and, with my preferred employer! Ay, grabe! Sobra talaga ang pasasalamat ko. For treating me like family, being supportive and accommodating, providing a free flexible service without expecting anything in return, I thank you Chances for Nurses.
Ms Jea, you were very patient with me, gave me hope, and prepared me for my interview. Thank you so much! I am truly blessed. E-re-refer ko talaga ang Chances for Nurses to all my friends.
- Bona R.

God will lead you where you should be” and Chances for Nurses was lead to me by my dearest friend. Chances for Nurses is the best thing that happened to me in the right time & right instance. With Ms. Rojea’s assistance & guidance, from job hunting to interview tips and finally was able to get best job offer with CAP sponsorship, relocation allowance, personal shipment allowance and travel reimbursement to move to NZ, what else can you ask for?. I may not be there yet physically, but soon.. I’ll see you NZ with my family. Excitement can’t be contained!!
My heart is full of gratitude to the Lord and Chances for Nurses as it eased my anxieties and fear of pursuing a new journey of my life and career with my family with future long-term security in NZ.
Thank You!
God Bless
- Dian C.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to Chances for Nurses, particularly Ms. Rojea and Ms. Krystal. Securing a CAP slot nowadays has proven incredibly challenging. After obtaining my CAP letter, the quest for a CAP school spanned two months, seemingly without hope. Faced with the daunting task, I reached out to Ms. Rojea, hoping for assistance in enrolling. Remarkably, they promptly secured a CAP slot for me without requesting any fee. I am truly grateful to CFN for illuminating the path toward my dream of becoming an NZRN. May your advocacy be blessed, CFN.

I was lost but then I found Chances.
Starting a life in NZ with your family needs money as well as assurance and stability. I was on the edge of acquiring a loan in order for my dreams in NZ to push through but then I met Ms. Rojea. The first time we talked, my heart and mind were at peace. I could sense her genuineness as she spoke, wanting to help without asking anything in return. I still clearly recall the phrase "Huwag kang mag-loan. If you trust me, I will help you. " And yes, she walked her talk. The time I put my trust in her, everything fall into place. My family and I were beginning to see the answers to all of my prayers.
I am currently waiting for my CGFNS report, and yet I have a job offer, CAP sponsorship, and relocation assistance for me and my family! At first, I couldn't believe it, but it's actually happening!
To Ms. Rojea and Chances for Nurses, may you continue in helping our fellow kababayan nurses, who wanted to experience life in NZ! You are truly an answered prayer.
- Niña G.
Me and my partner are working overseas for over 10 years now, but it's always been our dream to live and work in New Zealand mainly because of its high reputation of life - work balance. So with that in our mind we took the OET exam, enrolled in a CAP school and applied for a visa . However, I was granted with 3 month visa condition, its quite short kasi we planned to enter New Zealand 3 weeks earlier before our CAP starts dahil we are entering after our contract from Saudi Arabia. Good thing my friend referred me to Ms.Rojea of chances for nurses, so I explained to her my situation and asked for her help since I am afraid that I don't have enough time to look for a Job after the course. And just like that I've got offer even before starting my CAP course, and it doesn't end there, the offer includes additional benefits like 4 weeks paid temporary accommodation and car rent, shipping of household goods from country of origin, rellocation allowance and reimbursement of registration and visa fees. I mean, all I can say is thank you Ms.Rojea for your help, now I can just focus on my CAP course, wait for my license and work as easy as that.
For those of you guys who needs help with your job application or planning to work here in New Zealand just contact Ms. Rojea and i assure you she can definitely help you.
- Rose G.

We are really more than grateful to Ms Rojea for being with us in finding a perfect opportunity as a Nurse here in New Zealand.
A link of their website was shared to me initially, Chances for Nurses, because we are looking for an accommodation to stay once we arrive NZ. We had our initial conversation thru email, she was very accommodating and responsive. And then, I got chance to meet her by zoom, she is more than just what the company name is, she listens and cares so much sayo kahit sa first meet up nyo kahit virtual pa lang, parang ang tagal nyo nang magkakilala kaya I was able to tell her lahat ng plans and all the concerns ng family namin, from CAP until maka land ng job. Ibinigay ni Ms Rojea the pros and cons ng best options na available para ikaw mismo ang maka weigh kung ano ang mas para sayo or sa family mo.
We are so blessed that thru Ms Rojea I was able to have a job offer na can support our family. Iniisip ko pa lang na possibility, nadeliver na ni Ms Rojea!
Thank you Ms Rojea and Chances for Nurses!
- Sarah P.
I have been working in KSA for 10 years now, but moving to a better country for the future of my daughter remains my ultimate goal. Living and working in New Zealand has always been a dream, but the expensiveness of application and difficulty of finding an employer was a big hindrance.
Until I saw Chances for Nurses in Facebook and tried my luck. By far, it has been the best decision I have ever made! I don’t have anything - no CAP letter nor CGFNS to begin with, but Ms. Rojea accommodated me, gave me a chance and an opportunity to better my life and my family. She’s been very patient with me, considerate with my schedule, did her best to find me a suitable employer, and guided me every step of the way without any cost on me. Job offer including CAP sponsorship, relocation assistance, and other benefits, there’s nothing I can ask for!
I may not be there yet, but I know I am closer to fulfilling my dream and giving a better future for my family. All thanks to Chances for Nurses, especially Ms. Rojea for helping me realize my dream! May you continue to be an instrument to us all nurses in making our NZ dream come true! More power to you and your team!
- Sheryl N.

It was evident from the start that she genuinely cared about the individuals she assisted. Finding professionalism with a personal touch is rare.

But I'm grateful to Chances for Nurses for making the application process seamless and for providing support and understanding at every stage.
To anyone seeking guidance and support in their nursing career, I cannot recommend Chances for Nurses highly enough. With God and the right support, anything is possible!

New Zealand is our family’s dream destination ever since but we were initially hesitant due to the cost and complicated process to migrate. Before 2022 ends, I finally decided togo for it, equipped with high hopes and prayers, dreaming a better life for my family.
As I am doing my research, I was so lucky to find Chances for Nurses through trusted groups online. When I had my first web meeting with Ms Rojea, she was accommodating. She answered all my queries lalo na ang worries ko since this is a big move because I am coming with my entire family. Meeting her is like talking to your friend na parang nagchichikahan lang kayo na very positive ang vibe. I was so excited after we talked. Ganun yung energy na pwedeng ibigay sayo knowing na may pwede makatulong sayo to reach your goals. I did not expect na kahit hindi ko pa completed ang CGFNS ko, thru their network, I was able to be interviewed and received a job offer. And surprisingly, I was so blessed to be offered with relocation benefits, including the Airfare of ALL my dependents, imagine, we are a family of 5! Sobrang laking tulong for a starting family in NZ.
God really works in miraculous ways and He uses His instruments to help you achieve your dreams. Thank you so much, Ms Rojea, Chances for Nurses. I just took my chances to contact them though in the beginning I was half – hearted. We all know that many agencies ask for service fees which was discouraging sometimes because the amount of money was no joke. But to my surprise, Chances for Nurses didn’t ask for anything, even a single cent. They helped me find an employer which was suitable for my nursing experience, with bonus of CAP sponsorship and Relocation Assistance too. I was interviewed by the employer and given a Job Offer even if I’m still in the process of completing my CGFNS. I’m currently waiting for my CAP Letter and preparing for my big move to New Zealand soon.
Ms. Rojea was very kind and accommodating and never missed to answer any of my queries. Words are not enough to express my sincerest gratitude to Chances of Nurses for all their help and assistance. Now, my NZ dream was turning into reality.
Thank you to Chances for Nurses, especially to Ms. Rojea, for giving me and my family the opportunity to have a better life and future.

Even if l don't have my CAP letter yet, with much prayer, I got a job offer based on my experience, with benefits tailored fit to my family's needs.
My plate is full with the help of Ms. Rojea. I can't thank her enough for the work that she has extended to me and my family in pursuing a life in New Zealand. She is truly a blessing to us. She is the best!

Before I got married, I dreamed about going to NZ because of the work-life balance that I heard from my friend. And then I got married and had a son, and priorities changed. But then my twin sister told me about their plan to move to NZ, and my hubby finally got excited about it. Doing some research because I am already short of time, I found Chances for Nurses through a group page. I opened up to Ma'am Rojea about my worries, and I was so happy when I received an email from her about a possible job. After a few weeks, I finally have a job offer which also includes additional benefits like CAP sponsorship, relocation allowance, and a lot more, which was a really big help to me and my family. I thank God for people like them who help our fellow kababayan; I thank God for sending them as an instrument in achieving our dream. For those who need help in finding a job, feel free to contact Ms. Rojea, and I can assure you she will help you without any charge.

Chances for nurses help me a lot to have a job offer even before arriving in NZ. Before starting my CAP I already have an invitation for interview in one of the DHB in south island and on my first week of placement I already got a job offer. Thank you Ms. Rojea for all your help and assistance.
- Gladys A.

I have been working in UAE for almost 9 years, I am very afraid to come out of my comfort zone but for the future of my two little cutiiiee boys I needed to step out. I received my CAP letter last Oct 2022 but was not able to apply at once because I got pregnant. I waited this 1st quarter of the year and started applying. At first, I wanted to look for opportunities in Christchurch since my brother is already there but, well maybe, it’s not yet meant to be.
I started seeing posts from CHANCES FOR NURSES in facebook. Honestly, I was very hesitant especially when they said that IT IS FREE OF CHARGE. I was like "Weh, Di nga?", then decided to talk to one of their clients and asked questions. She then told me to approach Ms. Rojea, I emailed her and we had a short but very fun video call conversation. So, to make the long story short, LOL, Ms. Rojea and Chances for Nurses helped me land to a job where they will sponsor my CAP course and will give me the compensation I did not expect to receive. I just signed their offer few days back and just waiting now for the school's response for my CAP.
Everything is falling into its place, and soon, I will see New Zealand and be with my family again.
So, to other nurses out there, wag na po kayo magduda. Apply through CHANCES FOR NURSES and you will be taken care of.
Thank you Ms. Rojea and Godbless you more and more para marami ka pa pong matulungan kagaya
ko.
- Karen.
Chances for nurses gave us the opportunity to find an employer that suits our preferences and granted our request to work in the same institution. 🥹 We are truly grateful for their help.
Especially to Maam Rojea who is very patient with us and very accommodating. They treated us like a family. Kahit tapos na ang lahat hanggang sa nakapag land na ng job, they are still asking if we are well and if we are happy in our career path.
Again, thank you po chances for nurses. Sana madami pa pong nurses ang matulungan nyo. More power po and God bless po! We will miss our zoom meetings po haha.
- Hannah and Jerico E.
