We provide compassionate, reliable support services for older adults living in aged care facilities across Auckland’s North Shore. Our services are available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a vision to support more older adults in aged care facilities throughout New Zealand.
Our team supports individuals who need companionship, assistance with daily activities, and meaningful social interaction to improve their quality of life and well-being.
We understand the needs of elderly care because we come from healthcare backgrounds and have firsthand experience working alongside older adults in clinical and care environments. This experience shapes how we deliver services — with respect, dignity, and genuine care.

For Residents & Families
One-to-one companionship and support visits are available for residents living in aged care facilities.
Residents can arrange support for themselves, or family members can book additional one-to-one care and companionship for their loved one when they are unable to be there themselves. Think of it as a “gift of time”, a caring presence when you can’t be there yourself.
Our support is tailored to each resident’s individual needs and may include assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, companionship, and meaningful engagement.
This service is ideal for residents who would benefit from additional time, attention, care, and social interaction beyond their existing care arrangements.
We work alongside residents, families, and aged care staff to ensure support is safe, appropriate, and tailored to individual needs. Before commencing, we discuss each person’s requirements to determine how our one-to-one support can best complement the support already in place.
For Aged Care Facilities
Bringing in additional support staff during the day helps aged care facilities improve the overall quality of care, enhance resident safety, and ease pressure on permanent teams.
Our services are flexible and cost-effective, allowing facilities to maintain a high standard of care without the need for long-term staffing commitments.
We work alongside your existing care team to provide extra hands-on support, companionship, and resident engagement, helping to ensure smoother daily operations and a better overall experience for residents.
Scope of Services
We provide non-medical support services only, including companionship, mobility assistance, daily living support, and diversional activities within aged care facilities. Our services are designed to complement clinical care teams and enhance resident wellbeing.
We do not provide medical, nursing, or hospital-level care.
