Our Story

Our company’s name is a significant aspect of our brand identity, but as you may have guessed, it does not encompass the full range of services we offer.

What it does reflect is our journey, which began with a single act of kindness: a sponsorship opportunity providing financial assistance for a graduate nurse who dreamed of working abroad despite seemingly impossible odds.

Years later, that same nurse founded Chances for Nurses Limited, with the aim of giving others the same chance.

Initially, our focus was solely on supporting nurses; however, we noticed a growing demand among their family members in various fields who also aspired to relocate. In response, we broadened our services to accommodate professionals from all sectors, adopting CFN Recruitment as our trading name to reflect this—still carrying the initials of its origin, but now representing Care, Family, and Nurture.

Our Commitment

Fulfilling Dreams: Zero Fees, Zero Interest Loans

The power of helping one individual, knowing it ripples through the entire family. That's why we inject a portion of our profits back into providing free recruitment services for workers, as well as financial assistance - no fees, no interest - enabling individuals to chase their dreams. Because their success is our success, too!

Core Values

  • Giving back - It's a big part of what we do and why

  • Relationships - Life is a collection of interactions

  • Success - Our success is your success

As the founder of CFN Recruitment, she is driven to create opportunities for individuals wanting to migrate, paying back the chance she was once given early in her career.

Being bi-lingual, she understands the language, but most importantly the culture.

“Success can be many things. It can mean migration to a different country. It could mean finding happiness in your workplace. It could mean being able to help your family. But it all starts with an opportunity, a chance.”

Jerika

Jerika, a Registered Nurse from the United Arab Emirates with 8 years of experience, moved to New Zealand in search of better work-life balance.

After experiencing the application process herself, she decided to create educational nursing videos to support other nurses aspiring to work in New Zealand.

These videos became her way of giving back, and the messages of gratitude from fellow nurses inspired her to continue making more content.

Joining CFN was an obvious choice for Jerika, as it allows her to reach even more people and help them on their journey to New Zealand.
